I am so happy you are here and want to share the love of reading with me. Each month I will share a new book that I have read and loved and hope you will join along in reading and discussion.
Our first book for January 2025 is the Wedding People by Alison Espcach. This is a beautiful story about people, life, and unrealistic expectations. It shows us that sometimes things happen in life just the way they are supposed to and we can never know the ripple that our choices will make in the lives of others. It’s about taking new first steps, being bold, and living the lives we dream of. So many times we get stuck in the past, holding on to things that never really served us, afraid to take the leap that might just make all the difference in the world.
As we close 2024, let us all remember that we don’t need to judge our lives against others. Our shit show may just be the shit show that brings joy to others. In 2025 I hope you step into your best life. I hope you know your value and fight for that life that you deserve.
